Paloma brings two decades of experience, having been a well known and respected agent since 2004. She started working herself in the entertainment industry at the ripe old age of 5 when she booked a national “incredible, edible egg” commercial and became a rather successful childhood actress. Her involvement in the “other side” of show business began when her mother got her grandbabies into the industry, just as she had with Paloma. Shortly thereafter, Paloma became a talent liaison for her twin group which then turned into job offers from multiple talent agencies. She is grateful for the opportunity to do things her way with her own agency – with utmost integrity and quick communication. As an owner, Paloma is very hands-on, still working nights and weekends to make sure clients and talent are satisfied. Her personal cell phone is always at the ready to take calls or to text you to make sure opportunities are not missed.

Alysa has been by Paloma’s side from the beginning, literally. Yes, she’s the older sister. Joking aside, Alysa insisted Paloma own her own agency and supported her from day one. She not only oversees the firm in general, but also handles the theatrical sector for teens and adults. Alysa has worked in investment banking, has owned a successful photography business, built a sustainably-minded home, and enjoyed a long career in theatre, both onstage and as a director and choreographer. She appreciates working with actors as dedicated as she is, and finds such joy in helping them share their gifts with the world. Alysa has committed to a vegan lifestyle and embraces ideals that leave a light footprint on our planet. She will talk anytime about the health benefits of veganism, not only for humans, but also for our precious Earth, and of course the animals. If she weren’t an agent, she’d probably be an organic, regenerative farmer and trying her darndest to lessen suffering everywhere.

Geri is the older, wiser sister to Paloma and Alysa, and proudly claims the titles of Chief Bookworm and Supreme Nerd. Although she started off with dreams of becoming a veterinarian, reality reared its ugly head (bringing its teammates Cost of Advanced Education and Serious Competition), so she ended up with a degree in Biology instead. Graduation was followed by a series of jobs with the general title of laboratory technician. When the last lab job fell victim to a poor economy, Paloma offered her a job as her administrative assistant and the rest is history, as they say. Geri has evolved to the unofficial position of the Wearer of Many Hats and she loves it! She is passionate about animals, especially her beloved Corgis.

Melinda started working for PMT in 2014 and quickly earned her own division, handling commercial and theatrical for our kids division. Melinda holds a degree in child psychology and absolutely adores working with youth talent and their families. In her free time Melinda loves spending time with her husband and sweet daughter. She enjoys traveling, being close to the ocean, practicing her faith and helping others. Melinda is the second oldest of nine children and was born and raised in Buffalo, NY.

Kristi started as PMT’s part-time accounting assistant in early 2014. She joined the PMT staff full-time a year later and moved into the role of commercial agent soon after that. She still assists with accounting issues that arise from day to day and covers commercial opportunities on Casting Networks for our older kids, teens, and adults. Thanks to Kristi, our office is full of great laughs and smiles and if we’re lucky, delicious treats from Hawaii, her favorite place to visit! She holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University. Kristi has 2 grown daughters and 8 rambunctious chickens and spends her free time with her husband.

Julie has had some fun careers, including working in the skate/snow industry as a production manager, to owning her own successful photography business for over a decade. She photographed many amazing families, as well as shot for commercial clients, often on location. Even back then Julie enjoyed “scouting” babies and kids at shoots, and some of those children have gone on to work for companies like Gap, Target, Disney, and more! She’s always had an eye for what (or who!) tends to work well in the industry. When Julie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, including their rescued Shih Tzu, Ellie. Her extended family is a melting pot of ethnicities and cultures which include Chinese, Filipino, African American, Spanish, Scottish and more. She loves coffee, Disneyland and spotting her talent on various shows, films, commercials and more. She’s quick to proudly tell people “That’s one of my babies!” Julie is definitely the comic relief here at PMT and loves to make people laugh.

Renee has embraced a life of devotion and advocacy, being a mother of four, including a daughter with Down syndrome. She has supported all her children’s endeavors in areas like competitive dance and acting, and found a passion for increasing representation in the arts for people of all abilities. As head of our Inclusive Division, Renee joined Paloma Model & Talent to further the opportunities for differently abled models and actors. In her free time, she takes time to enjoy a good cup of coffee and a quiet moment with friends.

Dawn has been with PMT since close to our inception and functions as our accounting manager. She contracts with several entertainment firms, providing her vast accounting expertise. She keeps PMT in line with accounting regulations and adds her own bit of flair to the office. She is an angel among us, a goddess hiding in plain sight. Oh, and she happens to be a fantastic singer on the side.
